Healthy Pumpkin or Banana Muffins (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:
  • 1 c canned pumpkin or mashed banana
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 T honey
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 3/4 c dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix all together. Place in muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
