Michelle Crary, Nurse Practitioner, has joined the Veterans Memorial Hospital medical provider team and is current providing care in the Postville Medical Clinic. Michelle attended NICC for her RN associates degree and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa. She worked for nearly 10 years in the nursing field before returning to school to achieve her Nurse Practitioner master’s degree. She has past experience at Gundersen Health and Mayo Clinic in La Crosse as well Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah.
“I am glad to be working closer to home and with an organization that focuses on enhancing the lives of their patients,” states Michelle about her new position as a Medical Provider at Veterans Memorial Hospital Clinic. “I wanted to become a nurse practitioner as I wanted to be able to make more of a difference in my patient’s lives. I am very excited to have the opportunity to be doing just that in my hometown!”
