Orange Fluff

Recipe Yield: 12 servings


  • 1 cup drained Mandarin Oranges
  • 6 Tbsp Orange Jello Powder
  • 20 oz  Pineapple, drained
  • 1 ½ cups Cottage Cheese, drained
  • 2 cups Cool Whip


  1. In a bowl, combine oranges and Jello powder. Stir well.
  2. Fold in the pineapple and cottage cheese.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip
  4. Using a gray #8 scoop, portion into ½-cup glass bowls and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
