Recipe Yield: 12 servings
- 1 cup drained Mandarin Oranges
- 6 Tbsp Orange Jello Powder
- 20 oz Pineapple, drained
- 1 ½ cups Cottage Cheese, drained
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- In a bowl, combine oranges and Jello powder. Stir well.
- Fold in the pineapple and cottage cheese.
- Fold in the Cool Whip
- Using a gray #8 scoop, portion into ½-cup glass bowls and cover with plastic wrap.
- Chill until ready to serve.
