Anesthesia
Anesthesia services at VMH are provided Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA). Our Nurse anesthetists are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to meet the anesthesia needs of Veterans Memorial Hospital and the community and county it serves.
Our CRNAs provide safe and competent anesthesia care to the community we serve in many forms.
- Preoperative and postoperative evaluation, care, and acute pain management related to surgery
- IV sedation
- General Anesthesia
- Spinal Anesthesia
- Nerve blocks
- Obstetric analgesia and anesthesia
- Long-term IV Access via PICC line Placement
- Trauma Stabilization and Airway management in the Emergency department

Mark joined VMH in the spring of 2017 after a decade of service as an Army anesthesia provider. Mark comes with a plethora of experience
