Our Nutrition Services department serves appealing nutritious patient meals three times a day, plus snacks and nutrition counseling as needed to all inpatients and outpatients.
If you want 1:1, personalized nutrition education to lose weight or improve your health, schedule an outpatient nutrition consultation with our Registered Dietitian, Jill Fleming, MS, RD/LD. If you want your insurance company to cover some or most of the cost, ask your doctor for a referral at your next appointment.

Group Weight Loss Classes Offered in Spring and Fall
If you are interested in losing weight, without feeling deprived or like you are on a restrictive diet, attend one of our group weight loss classes. You will learn the importance of good nutrition, movement of your body, sleep, mediation, stress reduction, mindset reprogramming and self love. The group setting is great for a sense of community and weekly accountability.
Classes are 8-weeks long, for 75 minutes each. Each class includes weigh-ins, a weekly topic with homework, a gentle movement session and a meditation session to help you relax and balance your body/mind. You will discover the simple strategies to produce quick, yet permanent weight loss.
