Nutrition Services

Our Nutrition Services department serves appealing nutritious patient meals three times a day, plus snacks and nutrition counseling as needed to all inpatients and outpatients.

If you want 1:1, personalized nutrition education to lose weight or improve your health, schedule an outpatient nutrition consultation with our Registered Dietitian, Jill Fleming, MS, RD/LD. If you want your insurance company to cover some or most of the cost, ask your doctor for a referral at your next appointment.

Jill includes the mind-body-spirit elements into her teaching, which helps patients have a much greater success rate. She will help you get to the root causes of your health problem, not just match a diet to your disease. Some of the common conditions Jill can help you improve through nutritional and lifestyle changes include:

• Obesity or wanting to release excess body weight
• Out-of-control appetite
• Diabetes control and reversal
• High blood pressure
• High cholesterol
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome
• Colitis
• Diverticulitis
• Cancer prevention
• Anxiety and depression
• Pregnancy or contemplating pregnancy
• Disordered eating (anorexia, bulimia or compulsive eating)
• Abnormal blood work
• Fatty liver disease
• Kidney disease

Let Jill help you improve your health through simple nutritional and lifestyle mindset changes. One-size does not fit all when it comes to the best nutrition for your health condition or to reach your goal. Jill will help clear up the confusion for you, so you don’t waste another minute or dollar on one of those fad diets you see on the internet.
