Campaign for New Postville Clinic Grows Strongly-Construction Soon to Begin

The campaign for the new Postville Medical Clinic remains strong, recently receiving another $10,000 donation from Waukon State Bank to help renovate the new facility. Construction timeframes will soon be scheduled and announced as this fundraiser grows closer and closer to the goal of $200,000. Veterans Memorial Hospital will be providing the additional funds for this extensive renovation.

The new clinic will have an additional three exam rooms for a total of five, plus a new procedure room and lab area. There will also be a new behavioral health clinic area designed for private consultations in a more comfortable, confidential atmosphere, as well as additional office space.
Walk-in appointments will again be able to be accepted when this project is complete. Donations are still being accepted for this project. For more information, please call Beth Shafter, Growth and Development Coordinator at Veterans Memorial Hospital at 568-3411.
