Immunization Clinics – Appointments Only
Immunization clinics are held each Wednesday in the Community and Home Care office. Please call (563)568-5660 to schedule an appointment and for further instructions.

Hours
1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1:00 to 6:00 pm
All other Wednesdays from 1:00 to 4:00 pm

Blood Pressure Screenings
Community & Home Care welcomes walk-in appointments during office hours for those wishing to have their blood pressure checked. These screenings are a complimentary service to the community.

Foot Clinics
Foot Clinics are offered the 1st Monday of each month in the Community & Home Care department. Please call (563) 568-5660 to schedule an appointment. This service is private pay and is not covered by Medicare/Insurance.
