Inpatient Care

Our Staff is here for you, ready to provide exceptional, compassionate care at any age and any level you need, from newborn throughout your lifetime. We will establish the best plan of care for you, collaborating with our medical staff, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, respiratory, physical, occupational, and speech therapists.  Our team will make your stay as comfortable and productive as possible.

Our Inpatient Services include the following levels of care.

Acute Care

We provide acute care for short-term medical stays for severe illnesses, injuries, or while recovering from surgery. Patients are visited at least daily by our medical providers, who assess your condition along with your care team. Patients who remain on an acute level of care for three days or more qualify to be transferred to skilled care if a longer stay is needed to regain strength before going home. Call us at 568-3411 to make an appointment.

Skilled Care

Skilled Bed Care is a flexible and supportive option for patients transitioning from hospital to home. This service provides continued medical care in a comfortable, home-like environment for individuals who no longer require acute hospital care but still need skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Skilled Care is ideal for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, offering personalized care plans tailored to individual needs. Our dedicated team of nurses, providers, and therapists work closely with each patient to provide specialized treatments, therapies, and assistance with daily activities, ensuring a smooth and successful recovery.

Skilled Care Services

One-to-One Nursing Care

Certain medications require close monitoring while they are being administered. We can provide this One-to-One Nursing Care with a single nurse who gives you individualized attention, closely monitors your complex medical needs, and provides you the constant supervision you need.

Continuous Heart Monitor - Telemetry

Our telemetry system can continuously monitor your heart activity while you are a patient here. The unit communicates with our Nurses Station for immediate recognition of any concerns.

Hospice Care

We welcome any of the local Hospice services to care for your loved one here, on Hospice Care. Our staff will assist them with all your loved one's needs, day and night, and provide a warm, caring, and memorable environment for the best quality of life possible.

Observation

We provide short-term observation stays whenever your medical provider encourages you to stay with us to be assessed while your needs and diagnosis are being determined.

Respite Care

We also provide Respite Care as a short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or attend to whatever other responsibilities they need. We will provide a safe, caring environment for your loved one until you return. Respite Care is offered on a private pay basis.
